Mission complete. A whole house load of guff and two more-than-slightly tired bachelors are now safely ensconced in their new abode. Well, safely enough - there was a bit of a ding to the hired van in a crunchy reversing incident, but the less said about that the better. Oh, and there's still boxes of stuff to sort through but that'll be done as and when required. Despite all that, the place is looking pretty good - there's plenty of room and the days are getting lighter and warmer, which makes the deck, lawn and quasi-exotic palm tree even more inviting. Summer can't come soon enough!
